写真を使わずモチーフを目の前に自分で正解を探して描くスタイルを貫き、古典絵画の中にのみ存在する理想の美を追求する三嶋哲也。近年では彫刻監督として立体作品も制作。この度、画業30周年記念特別企画のファイナルとして長年理想を探求してきた「尻」をモチーフとした個展を開催。油彩、立体作品の展示と貴重なインタビュー映像上映やモデルのイベントも同時開催いたします。

Without using photographs, Mishima Tetsuya adheres to a style of painting in which he searches for the correct answer himself, working with motifs in front of him, in pursuit of the ideal beauty that exists only in classical paintings. In recent years, he has also produced three-dimensional works as a sculpture director.

As the final special event to commemorate the 30th anniversary of his career as an artist, he will be holding a solo exhibition based on the motif of "buttocks," an ideal that he has long pursued. Along with the exhibition of oil paintings and three-dimensional works, there will also be a screening of a rare interview video and a model event.
